Shipping:
(1) Please allow 3-4 days for preparation after the payment is cleared.
(2) We will provide tracking number once the items has been shipped.
(3) Every parcel will be packed securely before sent out, We will not refund on damaged items during shipping, but you can request insurance for shipping at additional cost.
(4) All guns ship to United States will have their Muzzle painted in bright orange, and all trademark will be permanently removed.
(5) Customers need to take responsibility of Taxes and Duties. |

Defective items, returns or refunds:
(1) Every AEG will be tested completely before delivery (1 full magazine in both modes), we will not refund for defective guns, so consider seriously before buying.
(2) Most Chinese made AEG has cosmetic defect (scratch or dent) out of box, and we will not provide refund for that reason.
(3) We will provide free repairing service for any AEG purchase within a week, if you got a bad toy from us with 1 week you can send me back for repair, you need to take care of the in and out shipping cost of the item.
